Nearly a century has passed and Blacksun is still strong. Blacksun was birthed of love. Two nomads from different birth packs met long ago and mated. These children made the first members of what would be a great pack. The nomads were named Brihar and Konaiku. Brihar was a fierce male from the Blackstone Valley Wolf Pack. He was young and inquisitive and instincts had pushed him to leave his birth pack.
     Konaiku was a wise and strong female from the Runningsun Nomad Pack. They had no home, they were traveling wolves, only pausing in the cub seasons until their young were old enough to move on. Konaiku was forced to leave her pack, for her mother was the alpha female and Konaiku's personality was too dominant to remain a lower ranking member of the pack as her parents had planned.
     They had one litter of two cubs, called Birch and Kalinsar. These cubs stayed with their parents and found mates in wanderers who joined with the family pack. The group slowly grew and soon Brihar and Konaiku found themselves leading a pack of twenty. They soon forged a name for the pack, Blacksun, in honor of where they came from.
     Since this time, no alpha of Blacksun hasn't been in the family line of Brihar and Konaiku, called the Briak Family and each alpha finds him or herself the matriarch or patriarch of their family as well as their ranking in the pack.
     Blacksun started out as a territory based pack before the land which they stationed themselves in was stricken with fire and famine. It was than they moved on and have always been on the move ever since. Its a pack that is always adapting.
     It was only with the rise of Railker, Target's father and the alpha before him, that they came to Yellowstone nearly five years before Target took his place as alpha when his father stepped down. Yellowstone has been their salvation. Its abundant lands have offered them the perfect stability and its obvious they won't be leaving any time soon and its vast enough for them to still title themselves nomads.
